The Housekeeping module is designed for housekeeping staff to improve their performance and communication. The housekeepers can change cleaning statuses of rooms. Housekeepers can view the check-in room status, as well as block rooms that are out of order.
Housekeepers can also post guest laundry bills that which automatically add up on the clients invoice at the reception.
This module also audits the reception by generating a report whenever a room is occupied but not registered by the receptionists.
The Points of Sale module manages all points of sale like the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, business center and more. It also manages health club services like sauna, gym, swimming and others. By entering your menu recipe, Karibu’s recipe management feature tracks all your ingredients’ usage, eliminating wastages. It also automatically reduces the stock quantities whenever a sale is made.
By entering the food cost percentage, Karibu automatically calculates the selling prices for menu items. It also automatically calculates food costs and profitability. To cultivate accountability, each user has a unique password with specific user permissions.

By entering your food cost percentage, Karibu will automatically calculate the selling price for your menu items basing on the cost of your recipe ingredients. As the costs of the ingredients change, Karibu will also automatically change the item’s selling price so that you are always aware of the price to sell in order to maintain your desired profit margin
EVENT FOOD BUDGETING
Avoid wastages due to purchasing excess ingredients for events. With this feature, once you select a menu item and the number of guests expected, Karibu will automatically calculate the total ingredients, the ingredient quantities, the total cost of the ingredients needed for the event as well as the profit and profit margin.

TABLET / IPAD ORDERING
