processor speed of 3.0 GHz .- Windows O.S 7 and above.

1- Front desk receptionist computer(s)

2- Cashiers’ computer(s) in the Points of Sale like the restaurant, bar and health club. Computer(s) should have minimum processor speed of 2.5 GHz and 4GB RAM

3- Waiters’ POS Touch interfaces. (minimum 2.5 Ghz and 4GB RAM). Note:
Waiters can also place their orders directly with the cashier who can then enter them into the software and send the captain orders as well as print bills and receipts

 

4- Store manager/keeper’s computer

 

5- Accountant computer

 

Other hardware computers if needed depending on the hotel’s personnel.

– Human Resource Manager computer.

– Events and Banqueting Manager computer

– Housekeeper computer / tablet.

– Chef’s computer. This may be optional as you can just have a printer that prints the kitchen orders from the restaurant (s)

Thermal Receipt Printers

 

-Thermal receipt printers for printing client bills and receipts at the cashier’s stations.

– 1 network printer for the kitchen for printing captain orders from the restaurant.

Networking

 

 

 

 

– All the computers should be networked with each other using cable networking.

Note:

– To enable the emailing functionalities of the software as well as remote access, the server should always be connected to internet.

6 Weighing Scales – Weighing scale(s) in the main store that will be used to measure all items bought from 100gms to 100kgs.
